Combe Martin is located at the intersection of the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This modest seaside town, complete with all necessary services, is a popular destination for both locals and visitors, and features a popular beach as well as its own Dinosaur Park! Every year in May, Combe Martin hosts the famous Earl of Rone festival, as well as an annual carnival in August. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple are all within easy distance.
