Carolina Cottage in Minehead Somerset is a Grade II listed seafront property situated on Quay Street just a few steps from the beach in this pretty coastal town known as the Gateway to Exmoor The property combines period charm and character with modern day living ideal for a family holiday or gathering of friends Sleeps up to 7 guests in three bedrooms Three double beds and one single bed Spacious sitting room on the ground floor One family bathroom and one en-suite shower room Kitchen with dining area Private and enclosed terraced patio gardens to the rear Parking permit provided for on-street parking for one car Dogs welcome 2 max for 15 supplement per dog Bed linen and towels provided Wifi heating and electricity included Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am Security deposit A security deposit of 100 is required when booking this property This will be added to the total price of your booking and will be refunded after your stay unless significant damage has occurred Dogs Up to two well behaved dog will be welcome by prior arrangement for a supplementary fee of 15 per dog Dog blankets are provided to cover furniture Please do not leave your dogs alone in the cottage at any time or allow them upstairs Accessibility Statement The cottage is on 3 floors with bathrooms on the first and second There are steps down into the hall and up into the kitchen The garden is stepped also This makes the property unsuitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility Some guests have found the toilet flush difficult for those with arthritis so please bear this in mind
