Jalousie is a contemporary property which has been furnished to a beautifully modern standard throughout. It is located in a quiet cul de sac just above the popular seaside village of Polzeath and has wonderful sea views from the sitting room and upstairs bedrooms.
The modern and stylish kitchen is equipped with everything need for a homemade meal with family and friends; with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It leads on to a handy, separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The neutral palette and stylish furnishings are testament to this well-cared for home and ensure guests' stays are nothing but relaxed. The open-plan sitting room exudes comfort and is the ideal spot to relax and soak in the stunning views after a long day at Polzeath beach or exploring further afield.
Both cosy twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are serviced by the family shower room. The further two bedrooms are found on the first floor; one double with an en-suite shower room and one double with an en-suite bathroom.
Jalousie boasts a wonderful raised garden to the rear; complete with patio, outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue. There is a lawned area to the front. The property is within easy walking distance of Polzeath beach and the village’s many amenities; it is both the perfect place for those wanting a quiet beach holiday and for a base in which to explore all the delights of North Cornwall.
