Bailiff s Cottage near Wheddon Cross has recently been beautifully restored to a high standard it is built from local stone with Cornish slate roof tiles and boasts oak joinery throughout as well as luxurious bathrooms and kitchen Peacefully situated in a tranquil and private valley it s an ideal location to enjoy the beauty and activities of Exmoor Sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms Master Bedroom with King-size bed en-suite shower and separate en-suite WC and hand basin Bedroom 2 has a super-king-size bed which can be separated into twin beds on request Bedroom 3 has a double bed Upstairs family bathroom with a roll top bath WC and hand basin Cloakroom on ground floor with WC and wash hand basin Kitchen with large dining table and 6-hob electric cooker Sitting room with wood-burning fire Separate snug with additional TV Luxury bed linen and towels are provided Wifi heating and electricity are included Large gardens with terrace and outside seating area Water is sourced from the farm s own spring One dog is welcome no additional charge Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am Security deposit Added to the balance payment is a 300 security deposit this will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure The cottage is available to be booked from Saturday to Saturday during the high season The rest of the year the cottage is also available for short breaks minimum booking of 3 nights
