Set over one floor, this modern property is ideal for those looking for stair-free accommodation. The open-plan living area comprises of a fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that opens on to the sitting area with television and a cosy open fire. A dining table with four chairs is positioned next to french doors that open out onto the lovely enclosed garden and countryside view beyond.
There are two well-proportioned bedrooms, one with a 6’ super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom, and the second with twin full-size 3’ single beds and en-suite shower room. A convenient utility room, additional WC and spacious hallway complete the property. Outside there is a gravel driveway with plenty of room for parking as well as an enclosed lawned garden with space for children and a four legged friend to play.
