This cosy and stylish mid terrace cottage is situated in a peaceful location in the picturesque coastal village of Overstrand, just a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach and a great cliff top café, good village pub, a restaurant and North Norfolk's stunning heritage coastline.
Ideal for a family, small group of friends or couples, step inside and you’ll appreciate the effort the owner has made to make this cottage as charming as possible with modern fixtures and fittings. With two bedrooms, one with a super-king size bed and en-suite with bath and separate shower, the other with 3ft twin beds, family bathroom with walk-in shower, a new open-plan kitchen/dining room and cosy sitting room; this cottage delivers on all levels. During the summer months, the courtyard is a little sun-trap, crying out for a morning coffee and croissant, while the separate garden located a few steps across a right of way can accommodate alfresco dining and is fully-enclosed and secure enough for both children and dogs to play safely while the barbecue sizzles and the wine chills.
Plum Cottage offers the opportunity to spend quality time away together in a comfortable cottage in a great location, a mere stroll from all the amenities the charming village of Overstrand has to offer.
