Situated at the end of a private gated gravel driveway, Little Tithe has been lovingly restored and offers a spacious and luxurious accommodation for family gatherings in the Cotswolds at any time of the year.
The superb modern, well-equipped kitchen/dining area is situated on the ground floor, complete with central island and bar stools as well as a large dining table with seating for eight guests. Bi-folding doors extend the room out into the large garden with its pretty patio and lawned area. The sitting room features a wood burning stove, ideal for those cosy winter evenings in and again, with bi-folding doors opening onto the garden to bring the outside in during the summertime.
A beautiful oak staircase leads up from the entrance hall to the first and second floors of this stunning property. The master bedroom is situated on the first floor with a sumptuous king-size bed and en-suite shower room, along with bedroom two, with a king-size bed and bedroom four with twin single beds and a family bathroom. Bedroom three, with a double bed is situated on the second floor along with a further family bathroom featuring a stunning oval bath.
The rear garden has a pretty patio and lawned area with outdoor furniture perfect for al-fresco dining or simply relaxing after a long day exploring the Cotswolds. There is ample off-road parking for up to four cars and a further lawn to the front of the property.
An award-winning village pub, The Horse and Groom is just a short walk from the property.
