The Old Smoke House is an attractive property set within the charming village of Charlestown, near St. Austell; and enjoys views towards the harbour, home of the Tall Ships. This popular location is especially sought-after due to its beautiful harbour scenes, made famous from its appearance in the television series Poldark, however the harbour is a fascinating and captivating attraction in its own right.
The accommodation has an open-plan living area with large double doors opening out onto the sunny patio and enclosed garden, enjoying views across to the harbour beyond. Step back inside the cottage and find a comfortable, relaxing sitting area, the perfect place to unwind; the spacious kitchen has been well-equipped allowing guests to let their culinary skills unfold. There is also a sit up breakfast bar with stool seating for four guests. The bedroom arrangements make The Old Smoke House perfect for a family or a couple, with the master bedroom enjoying a sumptuous king-size bed and harbour views; and the second bedroom featuring twin single beds.
