Cedar House is reverse level with a king-size bedroom on the ground floor, boasting an en-suite shower room and Smart television, and a spacious twin bedroom opposite the hallway. You will also find the large, modern family bathroom on the ground floor with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC.

Upstairs, the open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen space with a high gloss finish and everything needed to cook up a family meal; leading into the dining area with table seating for up to four guests. The cosy sitting room area enjoys comfortable seating and a Smart television, as well as far reaching views over the countryside and a wood burning stove for those colder evenings; the balcony is the perfect place to sit back, relax and soak up the views of your surroundings.

Cedar House has a private patio area towards the back of the property, with a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining in the Cornish sunshine.
