Fox Hatch is one of three barns on Bullocks Farm that have been tastefully converted by a firm of award-winning architects, bringing you plenty of comfort and touches of luxury for the perfect break.

Gaze out onto the undulating fields and landscape of the South-East. Relax at a large breakfast bar with a cup of coffee and plan the day ahead. Or take things easy in front of the television, with a wood-burning stove and the underfloor heating to keep you warm and cosy. Fox Hatch is a large, open-plan barn that has been converted to a very high standard to create a delightful home-from-home, tucked away in the seclusion of a working farm.

From the 100% cotton towels and bed linen to the complimentary logs and dishwasher tablets, the owners have thought of everything to help you enjoy your stay. The décor throughout is tastefully contemporary, and the large open-plan living area boasts plenty of space and light. If you enjoy cooking and would like to sample some of the (extremely) local produce, the owners can supply you with seasonal meats and treats (see Notes).
