Climb the glazed, oak stairway to the first floor where each of the three spacious bedrooms feature their own balconies and even more breath-taking views. The flexible sleeping arrangements including two bedrooms with super-king size beds and a twin room, all with zip and link mattresses which can be configured to suit your needs. The family bathroom and separate family shower room do not disappoint, with the same exceptional quality found throughout the property.

Outside is a wonderfully landscaped garden with patio area and sloped lawn enjoying stunning views towards Lake Windermere.
