You can while away hours chatting and chilling out in this beautiful, open, light-filled space. The sitting room features a comfortable velvet sofa, armchair and a cushioned bench with Smart television providing Sky channels, and a cosy electric fire.
The spacious well-equipped kitchen provides absolutely everything the family should need to prepare delicious feasts; there’s even a picnic set if you prefer to drive to the beach for an afternoon or evening under the stars. A ground floor cloakroom with statement wall adds to the overall elegance of the property.
The large, enclosed garden is an absolute sun-trap with patios, two lawned areas and lockable outdoor storage with power for charging bikes or other outdoor equipment. The two patios are set up to catch the morning and then the evening sun, each have seating for four guests and there is a charcoal barbecue, and blankets for chillier evenings.
