Pendleton Cottage is a charming, detached one bedroom cottage ideally located on the edge of the Peak District National Park. This delightful property retains its original character, with beams and exposed stonework throughout.
Close to a working dairy farm and surrounded by countryside, you can enjoy the beautiful walks right from the front door with your four-legged companion. The owners have prepared detailed maps and directions for walks around the cottages, so you can find the prettiest footpaths and best views. Guests are also welcome to wander the paddocks.
Situated in the picturesque village of Alderwasley in a peaceful and relatively undiscovered area, just a few miles from Matlock, this pretty cottage can be booked together with neighbouring Sparrows Roost to accommodate up to four guests, subject to availability.

The owners live on-site in a separate area, so are there to assist as required, however, guest privacy will be respected at all times.
