Split over two floors and offering two well-appointed bedrooms that are accompanied by two en suites, River Cottage is a great choice for two couples that do not wish to share. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and offer a quiet night of rest.

Downstairs, you can enjoy the open-plan kitchen, sitting room and dining table, all of which are well proportioned and extremely comfortable. Open out the french doors into the back garden to increase the versatility of the space even further, where you will find a well enclosed space that is ideal for children.

Outside, you’ll have room to park two cars off-road at the rear of the property. From here you can access directly into the rear garden. The garden also plays host to a full dining. As the private garden is oriented to the south-east, you get the best of the sun throughout the day, which acts as fabulous suntrap. Adjacent to the property, behind the stone wall, you have the River Heacham.
