Details
Four fabulously spacious bedrooms await, each of which is equipped with superb bedding and are served by three luxury bathrooms. Quiet, yet ideally placed in Sedgeford, Field View is a great option for cyclists and walkers who wish to explore the Roman Peddars Way, or the even older pre-historic Icknield Way. For those more interested in the beach or shops, you’re only a short drive from popular Hunstanton, Brancaster and Burnham Market.
The accommodation is spread over three floors, with the large sitting room and dining kitchen on the ground floor, each providing direct access to the enclosed rear garden. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first and second floors and as such they are quiet, comfortable rooms where a good night’s sleep can be expected by all. Bedroom one's en-suite is of particular note with its superb views over the fields that border the garden to the rear of the house. A truly peaceful place to stargaze with a glass of wine in the double ended bath.
Field View also provides excellent options for when you want to gather together as a group. The open-plan kitchen/dining room offers plenty of space, as does the sitting room with plentiful seating around the large Smart television. Both rooms open out into the enclosed, south facing rear garden, where you’ll find ample garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and sun loungers.
To the front of Field View, you will find plenty of off-road parking. The property is set back from the road, but do be aware that this area is not enclosed.
