Belstead House is tucked away in the heart of Aldeburgh, only a short walk to the High Street and the beach. The property provides spacious accommodation with a separate dining room and sitting room alongside a large breakfast kitchen which opens out onto the patio area and garden. The kitchen is well-equipped, providing a true home from home experience, however catering can also be arranged for those special occasions.
The bedrooms are spread across the three floors, with a double bedroom on the ground floor and the remainder split between the first and second floors. The two bedrooms on the second floor facing the front of the house have views out towards the marshes; and all the bedrooms are light and spacious.
The garden at the rear of the house has lots of furniture to enjoy the outdoor space which is enclosed and provides a peaceful space away from the bustle of the town but is only a short walk away from all of Aldeburgh's restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops.
Benefitting from an adjoining garden gate, Belstead House can be booked with neighbouring property Court House, accommodating up to 20 guests.
