A modern and superbly styled detached cottage, Little Soames is all on one level and located in the Georgian town of Holt, one of Norfolk's year-round, go-to destinations as it is bursting with charm and independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. A beautiful bolthole, Little Soames is also perfectly located for your discovery of the rest of North Norfolk and works wonderfully well for a short or longer break, with family or with a group of friends.
The spacious accommodation will not disappoint; there are three gorgeously decorated bedrooms, two with king-size beds - the master with an en-suite shower and double-doors to the courtyard with a private area and bistro table - and the third with 3ft twin beds, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The living space is functional, light, airy and open-plan, and spills out on to the courtyard garden which is fully enclosed, therefore ideal for both children and dogs to play safely while the early-morning coffee boils as the sun comes up, or the wine chills as the sun goes down. And with parking for three cars in the driveway, Little Soames has absolutely everything you could possibly look for in a holiday cottage.
Little Soames is in the ideal location to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. With scenic countryside on your doorstep for walking in Holt Country Park and at Kelling Heath, the very best of independent fashion boutiques, gift shops and grocery stores offering top-level local produce in Holt itself, you are only a few minutes' drive away from numerous family and dog friendly, sandy beaches and a multitude stunning coastal towns and villages, all with their own individual charm, amenities and activities to do.
Additional Information:
Two well-behaved dogs welcome from Spring 2023 (small additional charge). This is when the front of the house will be gated and grassed.
Pillows and duvets are synthetic and hypoallergenic.
