All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double (zip/link, can be made into two singles), 1 x twin (zip/link, can be made into double upon request) and 1 x cabin bunk. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/diner.

Mayfield Drive is a comfortable, detached bungalow offering guests a perfect base for exploring Cromer and Norfolk. Step inside and each room branches off from the hallway; to the left is the sitting room with a dining area, with seating for up to six people - a lovely space to enjoy a family meal. With two leather sofas in the lounge, where you can relax and unwind after a long day and enjoy the benefits of the TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need for your stay, with a quirky green-style carpet, giving the room a splash of colour. Towards the front of the house there are three bedrooms; one double and one twin with zip and link features, offering flexibility with sleeping arrangements and a small bedroom with cabin bunk beds - ideal for children. With a range of wooden furniture to house all your personal items. There is a shared family bathroom for all guests, with the choice of a bath and shower over. The lounge overlooks the enclosed back garden - a perfect space for relaxing after a day out exploring. There is off-road parking for two cars. Cromer has a range of amenities, including a pier and a popular beach for guests to enjoy. Guests can enjoy the wonderful Norfolk coastline, take a drive or cycle along the coastal path and enjoy the network of pretty coastal villages along the way. Wildlife lovers will enjoy the wonderful bird life of the Norfolk Coast or why not take a boat trip from Blakeney and see the seals. There is also a Zoo close by which is an ideal family day out. The area offers excellent cycling, walking and golfing for active guests. The Norfolk Broads is just a short drive away, take a day boat out and explore the waterways by boat, we guarantee it will be a memorable day. For those with an interest in trains and transport there is the Poppy Line, which is a steam train running between Sheringham and Holt throughout the summer months, offering a ‘hop on hop off’ service. Mayfield Drive is ideal for families, couples and friends wishing to explore the area. With so much to do close by you will be returning again and again!

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
