Internally, the property has been renovated to provide a stylish and contemporary holiday home for a small group of friends or families looking to escape to the countryside. Spend your evenings in the spacious open-plan sitting room, with plenty of furniture to curl up and unwind into the evening, with a warming woodburning stove to keep you warm during those chillier winter months. The kitchen has been fitted to a high-standard and provides delightful wooden units and sleek worktops, with a range of contemporary appliances so you can easily cook up a storm for the whole family! Walk through to the ground-floor bedrooms, with a double greeting you first, and leads into a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms will share the en-suite shower room attached to the master bedroom, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a tiring day. Sit out on the front patio area and simply delight in its stunning country views surrounding with a warming cup of tea of a morning, also an excellent place to catch up on some reading. Due to your rural location, you will have easy access to the thriving village of Aboyne for a choice of traditional pubs and restaurants for some fine food options and real Scottish ale, not to mention its whisky. The Loch of Aboyne is a shallow lake, perfect for those interested in fishing and sailing, you'll also have access to cycling, hillwalking, birdwatching and gliding nearby. Discover Kincardine Castle which is only open for public events, a Victorian mansion offering a look into historical architecture and Victiorian life with its ornate dining room and stunning landscaped gardens. You are also within reach of the beautiful Cairngorms National Park for a plethora of countryside attractions, including walking and cycling opportunities. Further afield is the thriving coastal city of Aberdeen, which boasts many tourist attractions, you'll struggle to fit everything into one trip! North of the village, discover the immaculate Aboyne Castle.
