The living areas in the mid-terrace cottage consist of a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for four people, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin (zip/link), along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 2.3, a beach. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, a started pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A travel cot and highchair are provided, but please bring your own linen. Experience a relaxing evening within the sitting room which rests at the front of the house, offering you a first glimpse of the tranquil grey, blue and white colour palette that runs throughout the property, echoing the waters not far away; watch a film on the Smart TV, settle on the sofa with a book, or simply enjoy a conversation together with a glass of wine while the woodburning stove roars in the background. Gather in the morning around the table in the dining room, home to delightful decor and a marvellous, antique cabinet, and discuss over breakfast where you want to visit during the day ahead. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
