Go paint-balling, horse riding, surfing, golfing - or, if you prefer something more leisurely, simply take a walk along the coastal path. Ride through stunning scenery by steam train, or stroll around the Italianate village of Portmeirion! Llŷn is a stylish, bright and spacious second floor apartment, just a two-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in this popular seaside village. The modern, well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, dining table and two dining chairs. The living area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility cupboard on the second floor landing. The double bedroom has a king size bed and ocean views. The shower room has a shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. While there is no allocated parking for the apartment, unrestricted parking can be found along the seafront. Criccieth is a firm favourite with holiday makers. Once you have been here, you will return time after time. With its imposing castle, lovely beach, independent shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, it really does have something for everyone right on the doorstep. Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
