This substantial, detached property is set just back from the road on the fringe of Trearddur Bay, on the picturesque Isle of Anglesey. Ideally situated with both a 18-hole golf course and a local pub within a short walk, plus the delights of North Wales beaches and Anglesey on your doorstep, Rock Cottage has plenty for the whole family to enjoy. Internally, the property has been extensively renovated in a quirky layout with bedrooms on both floors, and two staircases to access them, Rock Cottage really is a house of two halves! On the ground floor, choose between a double and children’s bunk room, each wonderfully decorated and serviced by a refreshing wet room which also boasts a deep free-standing bath. The first floor master bedroom has an inviting setup with a king-size bed and unique en-suite shower room, its own sitting room with sofa bed, ideal for the an extra guest or two. Two further bedrooms and a shower room are accessed via the second staircase just off the dining room. Discover the cosy sitting room, complete with a Smart TV and an alluring open fire so you can enjoy a quiet night on the sofa whilst the kids are entertained in the games room. Allow the chef amongst the group to prepare their favourite feast in the well-equipped kitchen before settling down at the dining table to enjoy and discuss how the remainder of the holiday shall be spent. During a balmy afternoon, spend a moment or two in the garden, where you can pour yourself a refreshing drink whilst soaking up the idyllic surroundings. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
