Perfectly positioned for strolling into the town centre, it is the ideal base for a family holiday or two couples looking to get away, offering two allocated parking spaces slightly down the hill, a rarity for properties of this size in Ilfracombe. Step into a roomy hallway that leads into entering the bright and stylish living room. Californian shutters and crisp white walls reflecting the East- West sunlight that pours through the floor to ceiling windows and patio doors.
