A sheltered terraced garden overlooking the river is the perfect spot for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sun and then in cooler climes the underfloor heating and a wood burning stove ensures that you will always be warm and toasty. The sitting room is lovely and bright with comfy seating, a wall mounted Smart TV and a wood burning stove. The dining area has a brilliant cushioned window seat to maximise space and a table.The lovely bright kitchen has doors opening out onto the terrace. It is easy to see why Cemaes is so well loved by holiday makers. There is something for everyone! The sandy beach is just a short stroll from the house and there is a lovely little high street with a selection of shops, pubs and places to eat, some popular places include The Stag Inn and the Bay View Restaurant. Walkers will enjoy this particularly stunning section of the Anglesey coastal path. We highly recommend heading over to the site of the Porth Wen Brickworks, where you will also pass the famous Llanbadrig Church. There are a variety of water sports to try in addition to fishing and pleasure boat trips available right from the harbor.

The sandy bays, Traeth Mawr and Traeth Bach (Big beach and Little beach in Welsh) are just a short stroll from the house. The quaint high street boasts a small selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. Walkers will also enjoy this particularly stunning section of the Anglesey coastal path. We would also recommend heading over to the site of the Porth Wen Brickworks, where you will also pass the ancient Llanbadrig Church. There are also a variety of water sports to try in addition to fishing and pleasure boat trips available just a short walk from the house. There is a terraced decked gardens to the rear of the property provides multi-level seating areas overlooking the river. Please note that the lowest level of the garden is not for guests use. There is no allocated parking, but there is a free of charge car park in the village.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
