Entering the property, you will be greeted to a spacious sitting room, with plenty of furniture to curl up on with your loved ones and enjoy some quality family time, whilst the electric fire keeps you warm. Walk through to the second reception room with sofa bed (which can be made up on request) ideal for quiet reading time, then through to the utility area, housing a dishwasher and washing machine, so you barely have to lift a finger during your trip. The adjacent kitchen/diner provides all the modern appliances you could need to cook up a storm for the whole family, whilst the dining area is the perfect spot for family gatherings. Resting on the first floor are three well-presented bedrooms, consisting of two doubles and one single bed, all with plush beds, plenty of storage space and lovely views across the town and harbour.
