Venture up to the first floor, where you will be welcomed into a contemporary-styled interior with everything you could possibly need during a week-long break. Look forward to spending your wind-down time within the spacious sitting room, where you can curl up on the plush sofa and tune into the TV, whilst the electric fire offers warmth during the winter months. Beyond here, is the well-equipped kitchen which comes with all the essentials required to whip up your own delicious meals before settling down at the dining table to plan the next day’s adventure. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
