Renovated to a superb standard while keeping in touch with the original framework of the barn, Nana's Cottage is well-suited for a small family or one or two couples looking for a quality base to explore Cornwall from. The focal point of the property is the stylish, open-plan living area, where you can sink into the large L shaped sofa and catch up on your favourite programmes whilst the woodburner crackles in the background. The kitchen has a contemporary design and is well-equipped with a coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven, along with modern grey units and a bespoke oak breakfast bar that seats four. Continuing to impress, the chic master bedroom is complete with grey wood panelling and a luxurious en-suite with an elegant tiled shower wall. There is also a zip/link twin room which can be arranged as a king-size upon request, served by a beautiful bathroom with velux window and original beaming. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
