All entrance level. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with balcony and en-suite bath, basin and WC and 1 x twin (one short length), both with balconies. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner with rear balcony. Sitting room with balcony. External utility room.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces). No pets. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub within 0.3 miles. Note: Due to the age of the property, some of the floors slope. Note: There are 47 steps down from Above Town and then over a bridge to the front door.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
