This homely, semi-detached family home rests on the Llyn Peninsula within the seaside town of Nefyn. Offering an elegant coastal retreat for a family or group of seven, this property enjoys spacious communal rooms to relax in when you're not out in the fresh Welsh air. After a busy day on the beach or exploring the Wales coastal path relax in the homely sitting room and enjoy the large selection of books, where classic and antique style furnishings create a snug spot to wind down in. A second sitting area with a grand dining table, can be used to entertain the little ones with the TV or sit at the table with a board game. Cook up some delicious meals using the large range cooker found in the stylish well-appointed kitchen with it’s beautiful wooden units and an additional dining table offering a perfect breakfast spot for all to gather around in the morning before you embark on another fun-filled day. A shower room with a separate basin and WC can be found on the ground floor, in addition to a family bathroom on the first floor, with a shower over a bath so there's something to suit all. Find two delightful double rooms on the first floor, complete with quality bedding, excellent storage space and charming seaside and country views from the windows. Head up to the second floor to find the pretty twin room and a single room, both ideal for children. Delight in your own large garden with lawn for the little ones to run around on, as you relax on the decking with a refreshing drink in hand as, hopefully as the sun shines over you Take walks along the impressive cliffs on the Llyn Coastal Path which practically begins on your doorstop before returning home to enjoy a cosy night in front of the wood burning stoves in one of the relaxing sitting rooms with your loved ones. Whether you are a keen or fair-weather walker, you can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and take pleasure in stopping at cafés and pubs for refreshments, including the Ty Coch, voted one of the best beach bars in the world. Golfers can head to the Nefyn & District Golf Club to enjoy this course on the coast, or head to the port town of Pwllheli for a day of watersports and tucking into fish and chips on the harbour. Within reach of the Snowdonia National Park and Criccieth too, Afallon makes a wonderful base from which to enjoy North Wales. Another incredible feature is an enchanting secluded Beach Hut within walking distance for guests use at an extra charge. The beach hut is located on the cliff side above the beach with breath-taking views of Nefyn Bay and surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna in the attractive garden created by the owner. Public parking is available close by but can get busy during peak periods. The beach hut is well equipped with everything for a fun family day on the beach including buckets, spades, deck chairs, space to prepare picnics and a camping stove for making cups of tea!

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
