The Rock House, a three-storey home, has a kitchen/diner, utility/cloakroom, dining room, sitting room with gas fire and Juliet balcony, a king-size bedroom, three doubles, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Appliances consist of a gas oven and hob, microwave, two fridges, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, TV, DVD player, and CD player. Outside there's off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome at a charge, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and two travel cots (no bedding). You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, and Fishguard Harbour in 0.9 miles. Enjoy the Pembrokeshire coast from The Rock House. Note: Steep drive, and access from lower ground floor to garden is via steep, stone steps. Note: Max ten adults. Note: This property does not have an EV charger and charging from within the property is prohibited.

This splendid house, sitting at the top of the hill and overlooking Lower Town and Fishguard Bay, guarantees wonderful, every-changing sea views, whatever the weather. Spacious and renovated to a high standard, the house maintains its original character and charm. It is just a few minutes’ walk to Fishguard’s local shops, pubs and eateries and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path can be joined nearby. A variety of towns and seaside villages are within easy reach, such as Haverfordwest, Cardigan, Newport, Porthgain and Cwm yr Eglwys, together with the city of St Davids.
