Electric Vehicles: This property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars through the gate, (guests are asked to kindly park their cars inside the gate to the garden and not on the roadside). Extensive woodlands, lawn and decking with furniture. Woodland garden - there are steep slopes and drops down to the river in some areas, which make it unsafe for younger children. Two dogs welcome (additional charge applies), but must remain in the open plan room and utility - not allowed on soft furnishings or carpets. No young children unless agreed with owner first and no baby equipment supplied. Sorry, no smoking. Mobile signal is poor, however there is WiFi. Shop 3.8 miles, pub 4.2 miles.
