Apartment 1 is a huge apartment on two floors, within a grand country house in the small Scottish village of Buchlyvie. The property has six double bedrooms, two of which share Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower,the property sleeps a total of 12 guests. The property also has a bathroom with shower over bath, a ground-floor bathroom with two toilet cubicles and two sinks and a utility room with all of your kitchen appliances. There is a huge entrance hall with grand piano, seating area with woodburning stove and a separate snug. Please note the lounge gas fire place is decorative only but timber is provided for throughout your stay for the logburner in the main hallway. There is a kitchen/diner and also a living/dining room. 2 x TVs inc a Smart TV on the ground floor and WiFi. Outside is ample off-road parking as well as a large shared lawn and you are surrounded by glorious countryside. Apartment 1 is a fantastic property for a large gathering in a tranquil, rural part of Scotland. large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
