Set in the quiet village of Middlesmoor, near the market town of Pateley Bridge in North Yorkshire, this end-terrace cottage provides the perfect base from which to explore the Nidderdale AONB and the glorious Yorkshire countryside, whilst being in close proximity to the spa town of Harrogate. Sandholme is ideal for a family or group of friends wanting to get out and explore the variety of landscapes available to them from this enviable North Yorkshire location. The property has off-road parking for one vehicle and a public car-park in the village. The front of the cottage is filled with colourful flora, welcoming you inside. Entering the property, you will find the living/dining room with two sofas, 1 a bed sofa for two nestled around the cosy open fire, great for relaxing and keeping toasty warm in the evenings, while the wall-mounted TV above provides entertainment. The dining area has seating for six with a spare table and chairs also provided in the snug, and is a great spot to enjoy meals together or plan for the following day's activities. The spacious kitchen with grey cabinets and sleek marble units includes all the amenities you'll need to conjure up delicious home-cooked meals during your stay, while the large window allows in plenty of natural light, giving the room a bright and airy feel.
