With a quirky reverse level layout with its living area on the first floor with views over the owners orchard and trees beyond, this property makes a lovely holiday home for couples or families seeking a rural escape in Devon. Park up at the front of the property aside the owner's home and make your way to the rear, passing your own private garden before entering your home from home for the week. On the ground floor you can find an inviting twin bedroom equipped with its own television, you can also find the shower room on this level.. Make your way up the striped carpet of the stairs and enter into the spacious open-plan living area; take a seat on the sofa and flick on the television for some lighthearted entertainment before preparing a homemade meal in the amply-equipped kitchen area.
