The Wren is a studio-style annexe resting on the outskirts of Llysfaen in Wales. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with one king-size bed with a freestanding bath, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, ideal for two people. Concluding the interior is a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Pub within 2 miles, shop within 0.7 miles. Note: Although all on one floor there are 8 steps up to the property.

Llysfaen is a small village resting in Conwy County, which overlooks the north coast of Wales on the southern slopes of Mynydd Marian, situated just 3.5 miles away from Colwyn Bay. Within the village you will find a number of facilities, which include a primary school, a convenience store and village hall, a brewery and a takeaway. Travel slightly further to Colwyn Bay, where you will find a larger selection of amenities, as well as sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green,

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
