There is a ground-floor family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, conservatory and a small games/reading room. Outside there is driveway parking for three cars and a rear garden with decking and furniture. T?-Ni is a lovely base for a Conwy holiday.
