Step through the front garden before pushing open the stable door to reveal the elegantly decorated sitting room, where you can choose to perch on the window seat to watch the world go by or get cosy in front of the TV, whilst sat on the sofa or armchair. From here, you will find the kitchen with its tri-folding door; a striking element to this light-filled room. After a wonderful day at the beach, refuel with a bite to eat at the Cabin Beach Café, where you can also pick up children’s buckets, spades and fishing nets, or linger over a pint at The Victoria Inn, reputedly one of the oldest recorded inns in Cornwall. A short distance away is the village of Rosudgeon, where you will find further amenities, including a shop for picking up any last-minute essentials. Continue along the coastal path, a true walker’s haven before stopping off at the town of Marazion, with its many art galleries to peruse. You can enjoy Marazion’s long sandy beach, which links to St Michael’s Mount at low tide, a great opportunity to explore the tiny island and visit the castle.
