Resting amongst a cluster of traditional terraced cottages on a quiet lane, on the banks of the Eastern Yar, you will find 2 Linden Terrace. Set over three floors, this idyllic holiday home provides a glorious base for a family of six travelling with their canine companion to the beautiful Isle of Wight. As you enter into this Victorian dwelling, admire the character and charm of the pretty blue hues and quirky nautical décor that decorates the warm and restful open-plan living space, listen to the sound of horses as they pass the living room window, together creating a wonderful setting to relax and unwind in at the end of your days. Snuggle close to loved ones on one of the two plush sofas as you watch movies on the TV, or cross on over to the quaint white kitchen and discover a plethora of appliances such as a gas hob, electric oven and a spacious fridge/freezer, helping you to prepare many delicious home-cooked meals throughout your stay. Gather with friends at the dining table as you indulge in a fantastic feast and discuss all of your upcoming adventures exploring this magnificent part of the country. Continue through to the back of the property to find a bright and contemporary ground-floor bathroom, home to both a spacious tub and overhead shower, as well as a basin and WC. Stay local with days spent exploring Ye Olde Pond, the Brading Bull Ring and the Brading Stocks and the large and beautiful park and children’s play area nestled‘s just a stones throw from the cottage. Grab groceries from the local supermarket or delight in a mouth-watering meal down at the local pub. Make the most of this fabulous location for it’s accessibly heading out around the island and its close proximity to three award-winning family and dog friendly beaches. Enjoy the sands, breathtaking cliffs and rough surf at Yaverland. Or head to the gentle Solent views, calm waters and sands of Appley Beach. Beautiful St Helens on the Duver, which is a Natural Trust area of outstanding beauty, is only three miles away. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
