The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a mezzanine double with en-suite bathroom and a twin serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed, front garden with patio, hot tub, furniture and lawn. Within 2.3 miles there is a shop and 1 mile a pub. Highchair, travel cot and baby bath available on request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Location Details

Llandrindod Wells, located in Powys, Wales (within the traditional confines of Radnorshire), is a cheery and welcoming community. The town is home to a number of historical landmarks, such as elaborate Victorian and Edwardian era buildings. Towards the end of August, Llandrindod Wells hosts its annual Victorian Festival, sometimes known as "Victorian Week" among locals. Some attendees like to dress the part by donning period-appropriate Victorian, Edwardian, or other antique garb, and many stores along the main street decorate their storefront windows accordingly.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
