Boasting sensational views across the River Dee and Chester skyline, Ivy Cottage is a delightful Georgian detached property ideally located close to all the excitement of the city centre. Set over three floors, this inviting residence is perfectly placed for enjoying all that Chester has to offer, ideally suited for a family or group looking for an action-packed break. Internally, the property has been recently redesigned in a reverse level layout, having a loft-style open-plan living area on the second floor which takes full advantage of spectacular elevated views. The well-equipped kitchen offers all you could need for a short break away, including an electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer, allowing you to rustle up some home-cooked feasts, while there is also a pull-out dining table where these meals can be enjoyed. After eating, get comfortable on the large L-shaped in front of the Smart TV, catching up on your favourite shows whilst the faux fire provides a gentle warmth to the room. As the evening comes to a close, walk down to the first floor to find a double bedroom, elegantly presented in neutral tones, while across the landing is the stunning bathroom, fitted with a lavish double-ended bath and a walk-in shower cubicle, so you can best decide how to prepare for the day. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
