After a day on the beach, freshen up in the bathroom before heading to the kitchen, fitted with a range of modern units and matching wall cabinets, along with roll edge work surfaces and tiled splashbacks. Move into the sitting room, appointed with coved ceiling and delightful seating, plus a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. Venture upstairs to find the bedrooms, offering a king-size with a dual aspect outlook to the side and front, and a cheerful bunk room suitable for adults, along with a bathroom fitted with a modern white suite of panelled bath with a shower over and folding screen. To the outside of this Torquay cottage is a small, enclosed patio where you can sample a favourite drink on a balmy evening or start your morning here with a warm cup of tea. Torquay is a wonderful holiday base; stroll through the vibrant streets and its picturesque harbourside where you can watch the stunning yachts whilst tucking into a portion of fish and chips, enjoy an alcoholic beverage at one of the many waterside bars or venture to the beach where you can lounge on the soft sand and paddle in the warm waters of the bay, or even hire kayaks and paddleboards and enjoy some time on the water! Take time to tick off local attractions, including Torquay Museum, the Victoria Parade, Torquay Marina, plus a whole host of thrilling watersports available on the beach. Pop on your walking boots and meander along the South West Coastal Path, cutting across miles of beautiful landscapes, seafronts and over attractions such as Paignton Zoo Environmental Park and the stunning Dartmoor National Park, with the Dartmouth Steam Railway nearby and providing a scenic train journey.
