Offering a reverse-level layout, the apartment has three first-floor bedrooms sleeping eight guests, made up of a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size (zip/link, twin on request), and a twin with two 3ft singles and two stora beds beneath, each bedroom with its own TV and served by a bathroom and shower room on the first floor. There is also a second-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with two balconies with furniture, one with a gas barbecue. There is an annual season ticket provided for the town car park. The Penthouse is the perfect choice for an escape to the coast with family or friends, at any time of the year.

Discover three beautiful sleeping spots, the master made up of a super-king-size, a king-size also with zip/link functions to be a twin and a twin room with 2'6" beds and two 2'6" stora bed beneath(by request) making the perfect space for little ones to rest. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
