Resting in the quiet hamlet of Smalldale near Buxton on the fringes of the Peak District National Park is 16 Smalldale Cottages, a charming mid-terrace cottage, ideal for a small family or couple wanting to enjoy a peaceful countryside getaway within easy reach of the rugged peaks and rolling countryside of the Peak District National Park. The property provides parking on the driveway just up the road or in the garage, and once you have parked up, make your way up a small set of steps to the front entrance, where you can hang up your coats in the porch, before making your way into the main living area. The sitting room boasts an inviting leather sofa with matching armchairs, the ideal place to relax and unwind during an evening in front of the fire, with a great book from the bookcase or with a film on the TV. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with all the appliances you could wish for during your self-catered stay, with a dishwasher to take care of any washing up and a washer/dryer, should you need to clean clothes after a day exploring the national park. Head upstairs to catch up on rest in one of two spacious bedrooms; a master double and a twin both offer plenty of storage space for your belongings and share use of the ground-floor shower room, where you can prepare for each day with a refreshing rinse.
