Note: No Stag, Hen or similar party's. Note: We strongly recommend no children under the age of 12 years due to a walled 20ft drop at the end of the garden onto the foreshore below.

Location Details

Resting where the River Taw and River Torridge meet is the pretty quayside village of Appledore. Boasting a good selection of shops, pubs and art galleries, Appledore is also a thriving fishing and trading village making it a charming holiday destination year round. The village is known for its famous boat-building centre and its shipyard is still active today. You will find many activities on the quayside including fishing trip and crabbing contests and slightly further afield, the town of Bideford boasts plenty more attractions.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
