Set down a quiet lane in the heart of Chipping Campden, this warm and traditional Cotswold cottage is a delightful period home in a great location to enjoy this cracking town. The cottage, as you'd expect, has plenty of history within, it's large rooms are all nicely yet simply furnished and above all it is beautifully fresh and clean. The locals call the lane 'Cowfair' one suspects for obvious reasons (!!) but the beauty of this location is that you are no more than 2mins from the Campden High Street with its selection of pubs, cafes, attractive shops and similar. You're also about 200 yards from the Cotswold Way which leads up to Dovers Hill from here, where you can walk up a thirst and enjoy some of the best views in the Cotswolds. Parking is no problem, and privacy similarly as you have your own enclosed garden to the rear. The kitchen and Living Room s are spacious and inviting and so too are the two bedrooms upstairs. This cosy cottage is attractive, simple and serene and is absolutely perfectly located for a relaxing, enjoyable break.

This market town defines the saying "good things come in small packages" as it proves itself to be a wonderful place for tourists to stay. Chipping Campden sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself. Not only does the town have a rich history but much more, the high street is laced with charming Cotswold stone buildings with a range of shops and pubs. Nearby there are several beautiful, formal gardens for you to wander through. Chipping Campden has held its own 'Olimpick Games' since the early 1600s including peculiar sports such as 'shin-kicking', most certainly worth lining your holiday up with to experience something so unique.
