Sleeping up to six, the stunning Grade II listed building's penthouse apartment has been completely refurbished and totally transformed by professional interior designers to provide an amazing holiday apartment. From the minute you walk through the front door into the broad entrance hall with large storage areas, you instantly get the 'wow factor' from the highlighted original character features and contemporary coastal twist running throughout. As you climb up the open tread staircase you are welcomed into a plush open plan "loft style" living area. The lounge area is carefully crafted around a beautiful wood burning stove and Smart TV, perfect for cosying up with your group, while the dining table takes centre stage in the window where you can enjoy those ever changing breathtaking views morning, noon and night. The beautifully crafted fitted kitchen is divided from the main living area by the stunning original open gable A-frame; the space incorporates all the latest must-haves, such as: high quality appliances, integrated fridge drawers and Quartz stone worktops, all of this is sure to delight the chef in the group! In the evening, head to bed in one of three excellent bedrooms with king-size beds and ample built-in storage; the master bedroom on the front benefits from stunning views overlooking the harbour below and distant mountain range of Snowdon. There is a beautiful main shower room off the hallway and the master bedroom has the benefit of a separate en-suite cloakroom. The apartment has direct access to the decked courtyard which has some wonderful elevated views where there are sun loungers and a barbecue area for you to enjoy. Porthmadog itself is handily stocked with excellent pubs and restaurants, cafes and shops and is a fantastic base for exploring the area; the harbour is just a short walk away and is overlooked by a flourish of lovely spots to grab a bite to eat while you're watching the boats sail in and out. Travel to the seaside resort of Harlech and bask in the sun on its soft sands, tour the glorious Harlech Castle, before experiencing Harlech's 'Coffee Culture' and stopping in Y Maes Café for sweet treats along with sea view dining. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
