Two storey property. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, Second king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, 1 x twin, 1 x double. Family bathroom with roll top bath, basin and WC. Downstairs cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine, sink and folding drying rack. Dining room with open plan connection to the Kitchen. Sitting room with smart TV and woodburning stove

Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob and microwave. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Gas and electric included in the rent, starter pack provided for woodburner in winter months extra logs can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc.in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request (Guest to bring own linen for travel cot). Off-road parking for 3 cars. Front and rear terraced gardens with patio areas and garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only and not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shops 0.2 miles, pubs/cafes/eateries 0.3 miles. Note: Parking is at the rear of the cottage and access from the parking area is a short walk up a slope and then steps down to the rear door. Once the key is collected alternative access is available to the front of the property from St Agnes road. Note: The front and rear garden/patio areas are tiered with various levels and steps, care to be taken and children should be supervised at all times. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Maximum number of guests is 8, including infants.
