Communal lawns and gardens to the front and rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the height of the decked area, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Set over three floors with a spiral staircase linking the first and second floor, children to be supervised and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. No BBQ provided, (no disposable BBQ's to be placed on decked area).
