Hosting six bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double, three doubles, and a twin room, along with a ground-floor shower room, and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to twelve people. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, utility room, and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off-road parking, and a garden surrounding the property with patio to the front with seating. Dudmire is a wonderfully large house, full of character waiting for you and your family to make fantastic holiday memories. Note. Please be advised that this property can only accept bookings with a Friday arrival.

Ample off-road parking. Garden to front and back with front patio and seating. Two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.7 miles and pub 1 mile. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads when outside . Location Details
Appleby-in-Westmorland is a market town and a civil parish in the county of Cumbria. It is home to a Grade I listed church, Appleby Castle, pubs and shops, and a train station. The Appleby Horse Fair was set up in 1685 and runs for a week in June ending on the 2nd Wednesday, it is world famous and the largest of its kind attracting a large gathering. Lying in a loop of the River Eden, overlooked by the Pennine range and being nearby to the Lake District Fells, this town is a great place to enjoy a break.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
