Location Details
The village of Fritton is located in the English county of Norfolk, north-west of the Suffolk town of Lowestoft and south-west of the town of Great Yarmouth. In addition to an 18-hole golf course close by and walking paths through Waveney Forest to the river, this village is surrounded by marshes and trees. Views of the disused Fritton Marsh Drainage Mill can be seen while strolling along the River Waveney. Fritton shares a boundary with Fritton Lake, commonly known as Fritton Decoy, which is a portion of the Somerleyton Estate and lies on the Suffolk/Norfolk line. The lake is a lovely, privately owned waterway that supports several tourist attractions and kid-friendly activities. In this picturesque setting, there is a lot to discover.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
